Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy governs the return, refund, and cancellation process for products purchased through our platform in compliance with Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2021.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
Return & Exchange Policy:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like innerwear, earrings, and personalised products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order details. For returns due to our error (wrong/defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Policy:
- Approved refunds for cancellations, returns, or verified duplicate payments will be processed within 3-5 working days of approval and credited to your original payment method.
- Duplicate/Double Payment: If you are inadvertently charged twice for the same order, please notify us immediately. We will investigate and refund the duplicate charge within 3-5 working days upon verification.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns due to our error, a full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued.
